During the event, you will get the Demonic Lunarian suitcases by completing the event quests. Open them to win the Technical Test ticket, merchandise prizes or other rewards!

※The Prize Draw channel will close after 2024/03/22 23:59 (UTC+8) and the rewards cannot be claimed after 2024/03/24 23:59 (UTC+8).

1. Complete the event quests to earn draws.

2. Click the Draw button to start drawing.

3. Once you have won a reward, you can claim it in Inventory.

1. A total of 13 prize draws are available for this event. You can go to Quests for more details.

2. If you register through your email address, you will automatically complete the account linking quest.

3. For the invitation quest, you can only earn the prize draw opportunity when the invited friend has completed the registration (register through an email address/link their account to an email) through the link you shared.

Reward Claiming and Distribution

1. If you experience a network connection issue while prize drawing, the information received by the server will prevail. You can check your rewards in Inventory.

2. Prize winners can claim their rewards during 2024/03/15 -2024/03/24 23:59 (UTC+8). Test Ticket winners need to link their account to an email before they can claim the reward. Merchandise winners need to provide their delivery information in Inventory after linking their account to an email. Failure to do the account linking or provide the delivery information within the event duration will result in the rewards being forfeited. If the provided information is incorrect and that renders the physical rewards unable to be sent, we will not offer a reissue of the rewards.

3. Each account is eligible for only one Technical Test ticket even if the user wins multiple tickets through different quests or events.

4. Please pay attention to the recruitment period for the Technical Test and complete the registration within the period. Failure to do this will result in the Technical Test ticket being forfeited.

5. You will receive your Technical Test ticket via the email you provided during registration. Make sure you fill in the correct email address.

6. The merchandise prizes will be issued within 90 business days, and the delivery time is not guaranteed due to local logistics policies. The merchandise being shipped can be subject to customs duties in accordance with local policies. In such cases, the Duet Night Abyss team will cover the corresponding taxes incurred.

7. If the delivery of physical rewards becomes difficult due to force majeure issues such as tight inventory, logistics problems or other factors beyond our control, the Duet Night Abyss team reserves the right to change the physical rewards into items of equal value.
